AED Third General Meeting and Social Events

Happy Sunday Premeds!

It's been a crazy weekend between power outages and the winds, but this week in AED will make up for it, promise :)

We have two main events for this week:

THIRD GENERAL MEETING:

Our third general meeting is going to be about Undergraduate Research here on campus featuring leaders from the URP. They will be speaking to us about their research here at UW and how they became involved. If you have questions or want more information about how to become involved in research on campus, then this is the meeting for you! We will be taking questions from members during the meeting in order to make it interactive and directed towards what you need to know, so come prepared with your questions. As usual, the meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 28th from 6-7 pm in SAV 260. RSVP for this meeting here.

SOCIAL EVENTS:

It's finally here!!! This Wednesday, October 29th from 6-7 pm in SAV 168 is our Pumpkin Carving Event with AMSA!!! If you were looking for an excuse (or the money in a college student budget) to carve a pumpkin, then worry no longer and come to this great event! It will be a great way to gear up for Halloween and get to know more of our new and old AED members. Don't miss out! (Pumpkins will be provided) RSVP to this event here.

Also, just another early reminder for the Check Your Boobies Party on November 6th from 6-7 pm. The location is still TBA, so look out for future updates and information on this social event on our Facebook Page.

T-shirts will be at the general meeting as well so bring cash to pay for your shirt if you haven't already. Look forward to seeing everyone this week!
